Hey!
On those Jiffy Lubes, In San Diego, My wife went to one and had work done. They charged her to replace an item that was not even on her car. I went back and asked them about it and they had nothing to say, but they did give me my money back. I asked that if they didn’t do that then how was I to know they did or didn’t do an a oil change and they refunded that as well.
If someone is going to have this work done by these people, do not have extra work done, stand in the parking lot in front of the car, and watch exactly what they do. Do not be afraid to ask questions.
