First the agent for a referral to a lender.
Then the lender to determine what you qualify for.
Then back to the real estate agent.
Keep with this team, don’t break away with someone different.
This is your best bet for a happy transaction.
I would say a person could do it either way. Sometimes they go to the lender and are ready to go and then come to me.
